Steps:
- Place one bag of Foot Bath Herbs into a pot, pour 2 litre of water and boiled for 15 minutes.
- Pour boiling herb water into basin, add 3 liter of pipe water until become warm.
- Place your foot into basin for about 30 minutes. It can help improve blood circulation and sleep well.
